KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Following the announcement of the UMKC men’s basketball program moving their home games to Swinney after the first of the year, the men’s and women’s basketball team will host a season ticket holder Select-A-Seat event in Swinney on Tuesday, Oct. 16 from 4-7pm.
This free event will allow current and potential season ticket holders an opportunity to view available seat locations for the upcoming season. Current season ticket holders can also use this opportunity to check out new seat locations or upgrade to a new section. In addition, the UMKC Athletic staff will be on hand to assist season ticket holders with any questions they may have regarding seat locations.
The athletics staff will also offer a behind-the-scenes look around Swinney, including tours of sports medicine, sports performance and men’s and women’s basketball locker rooms.
Fans attending this event will have an opportunity to view renderings of upcoming enhancements to Swinney and experience pre-game hospitality. Roos pre-game hospitality is available for courtside and courtside reserved season ticket holders as well.
Season tickets for the men’s basketball season begin at just $99 per seat and include tickets to all 13 UMKC men’s home games. The UMKC women’s basketball season ticket prices begin at just $50 and include tickets to all 15 home games. Individuals that purchase season tickets at this event will receive a $15 discount on their total purchase.
