Miller Named USTFCCCA All-Academic Individual, Women's and Men's Teams Garner Team Recognition

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Bryce Miller was named USTFCCCA All-Academic, one of just 100 men in the country, while the UMKC men’s and women’s cross country teams were honored with the team recognition, the organization announced today.

In order to qualify for the honor, athletes must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.25 and finish in the top-25 (or 10 percent) at regionals or as an All-American in the national meet.

On the men’s side, the Roos posted the highest GPA in the WAC at 3.38, while the women’s team notched the second best GPA in the conference with a mark of 3.56.
