LAFAYETTE, La. – UMKC men’s golf moved up a spot to finish 13th following Tuesday’s final round at the Louisiana Classics. The Roos shot 307 (+19) over the final 18 holes.

Francois Lagraulet (Bordeaux, France) tied for 31st individually with a 77 (+5). Hubert Tisserand (Lyon, France) tied for 39th by also shooting 77. Thibault Vieilledent (Cannes, France) closed with a 76 (+4). McCain Schellhardt (Edmond, Okla.) recorded a 77 while Jakob Garstecki (Germantown, Wis.) finished by shooting 80 (+8).

Kent State won the team title, finishing 19 shots ahead of Texas A&M. Ian Holt from Kent State claimed the individual title at 8-under par.

The Roos return to the course at the Grand Canyon Invitational on March 17-18.
