LAS VEGAS, Nev. – UMKC men’s soccer closes its season with a 9 p.m. CT matchup at UNLV on Saturday. The Rebels compete in the WAC for men’s soccer.
Saturday’s game will mark the final contest for seniors Jake Carter (Wichita, Kan.), Luke Gilsinger (St. Louis, Mo.) and Clay Stewart (Olathe, Kan.), who were honored during a Senior Night program at halftime of the last home contest.
UMKC is 2-11-2 on the season and 1-6-2 in WAC play. The Roos are looking to break a 5-game losing streak.

Eric McWoods (St. Louis, Mo.) has a team-best four goals, eight points, 37 shots and 21 shots on goal. He ranks sixth in the WAC in shots per game (2.47). Fellow F Pandelis Popgeorgiev (Budapest, Hungary) has a goal, assist, 29 shots and 14 shots on goal. He is tied for ninth in the WAC in shots per game (2.07). Gilsingerand MF Mirko Orchi (Civitavecchia, Italy) each have a goal and two assists to account for four points.
Freshman GK Filippo Errico (Verona, Italy) has made 60 saves and allowed 27 goals with one shutout. He is tied for fourth in the WAC in saves and ranks sixth in saves per game (4.62).
The Rebels are 6-11-1, 4-4-1 in WAC play and 4-3-1 at home. They have lost two straight matches.
Danny Musovski leads the offensive attack with 10 goals, four assists, 57 shots and 31 shots on goal. Timo Mehlich has added five goals, two assists, 33 shots and 11 shots on goal.
Enrique Adame is 4-5-0 in goal with 47 saves and 16 goals allowed. He has recorded two shutouts.
