In doubles action, the 'Roos No. 1 pairing of junior Grant Fleming and sophomore Cameron Schoenhofer opened the day with an 8-5 win over Marton Horvath and Robert Lee, while the No. 2 team of senior Gustavo Guerin and sophomore Max Helgeson fell to Denis Ermilov and Carlos Valdenebro, 8-5 and the No. 3 team of freshman Conner Edwards and Tomas Patino lost to Mikko Rajamaki and Bruno Snyder, 8-5.
In singles action, Guerin picked up his second win of the year with a 2-6, 6-3, 6-2 win at No. 3 over Horvath for the 'Roos lone point of the match, while Schoenhofer dropped a three-set contest to Valdenebro, 6-3, 3-6, 6-3.
From the No. 1 line, Fleming fell to Lee, 7-6 (7-1), 6-3 and Patino was defeated by Ermilov, 6-2, 7-5. At No. 5, Edwards went down to Snyder, 7-6 (7-3), 6-0, while Helgeson rounded out the lineup with a 6-3, 6-4 loss to Rajamaki.
