GCU evened the match at one set apiece with a 28-26 win in set two, but the Roos quickly regained control with a 25-22 third set victory.  Late in the set, the two squads were tied at 21-21 before kills from Harrington and Brecka stretched the lead to 23-21.  A GCU error and an ace from Harrington then put the Roos on the brink of victory.
