Miller Finishes 12th in the 5K at Hoosier Open

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – UMKC men’s track and field standout Bryce Miller (Ashland, Wis.) competed in the 5-kilometer run on Friday evening to open his final track and field season.  

Miller finished 12th overall in a fast field of competitors at the Hoosier open. The Ashland, Wis., native turned in a time of 14:53.93 after competing in the event for the second time in his career.

Miller and the Roos will have over a month to prepare for their 2018 debut, as UMKC is set to compete at the Holiday Inn Invitational in Lincoln, Neb., on Jan 12-13
