EUGENE, Ore. – UMKC men’s golf is in 14th place after the first 36 holes at the Duck Invitational at the Eugene Country Club on Monday. The Roos shot 309 (+25) and 295 (+11), improving by 14 strokes in the second round.

Hubert Tisserand (Lyon, France) and McCain Schellhardt (Edmond, Okla.) are both tied for 45th individually at 7-over par. Tisserand shot 75 (+4) and 74 (+3) while Schellhardt went 74 (+3) and 75 (+4). Jakob Garstecki (Germantown, Wis.) finished at 9-over after shooting 74 (+3) and 77 (+6). Thibault Vieilledent (Cannes, France) shot 86 (+15) and 72 (+1). Francois Lagraulet (Bordeaux, France) carded an 86 (+15) and 74 (+3).

Oregon leads the team standings at 8-under par on its home course. Arizona is 10 shots back. Oregon’s Sulman Raza leads by seven shots individually at 11-under par.

Tuesday’s final round begins at 10:30 a.m. CT.
