(Madison, Wisc.) - The Kansas City men's tennis squad wrapped up play in Wisconsin Sunday, and the short-handed 'Roos fell to the Southern Illinois Salukis by a 5-2 margin.

Junior Tomas Patino and freshman Daniil Ivanov each picked up wins at No. 1 and No. 2 to highlight the match.

"This was a great learning experience for our team and I'm pleased with their effort." Assistant Coach Cassidy Mears said, "We had some good individual performances which was encouraging. We have some specific things we know must improve and will get busy working on those this week in preparation for our next matches."
