(St. Paul, Minn.) - The Kansas City men's tennis team got another win from Tomas Patino and Abdul Alawadhi on Saturday, as they advanced to the ITA Central Regional quarterfinals. It is the deepest run in UMKC history at the tournament.

The duo will face Peerakit Siributwong and Leonard Stakhovsky of Oklahoma on Sunday.

Doubles:

Round of 16: Abdul Alawadhi/Tomas Patino (UMKC) def. Tin Ostojic/Erick Reyes (Wichita State), 8-4

Singles:

Round of 32 (Open Division): (2) Guillermo Alcorta (Oklahoma) def. Nino Hasandedic (UMKC), 6-2, 6-2
