(Lawrence, Kan.) - The Kansas City women's tennis team went 4-2 in singles and 3-3 in doubles on the opening day of the KU Invite, led by a semifinal appearance in doubles by Laura Bouet and Dimitra Stavrianakou.

Also advancing in singles were Bouet, Stavrianakou, Suzan Lisenby, and Maddie Schulte.
