Olivia Brzozowski was named an academic support assistant advisor/graduate assistant in May 2018 after serving in an academic mentor capacity since January 2018. In her current role, Brzozowski is the tutor coordinator and primary academic advisor for Women’s Soccer and Volleyball. She assists with the mentor and transition programs and works one-on-one with student-athletes to help track their academic progress, provide individualized skill instruction, and monitor their progress towards graduation.
In her role as an academic mentor, she worked with student-athletes across a wide variety of sports. During her time with SASSO, Brzozowski assisted with student-athlete development programming, including working the Men’s Networking Night for all of the male student-athletes in spring 2018.
Brzozowski is an active member of N4A and Women Leaders in College Sports. In the spring of 2018, she attended the Women’s Leadership Symposium.
She graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management and minor in Business. During her time at KU, Brzozowski was a member of the KU Spirit Squad for three years where she was the mascot, Baby Jay. She then interned with KU Marketing and Fan Experience. During her time with KU Marketing, she worked every home football game and took lead in preparing and executing the on field premium hospitality area during each home game.
In her free time, Brzozowski enjoys traveling and spending time her dogs, Stormy and Susie.
