Tim Riva joined UMKC during the fall of 2014 after working as a senior account executive with IMG-Learfield Ticket Solutions at the University of South Florida (2012-14).
Riva oversees marketing efforts of UMKC Athletics as it relates to branding, community outreach, campus engagement, and the overall fan experience at all athletic events. He is responsible for creating and implementing initiatives and strategies to maximize revenue growth in all areas of ticket sales for UMKC Athletics.
Riva was a ticket sales representative with the Tampa Bay Rays in 2012 and has completed various internships with the Rays, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and the University of South Florida.
A baseball fanatic, Riva is a loyal fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and is 11 stadiums into a personal goal of visiting all 30 Major League ballparks.
