(Las Vegas, Nev.) - The UMKC women's tennis squad made Friday a clean sweep after taking out Western Illinois by a 7-0 margin. The win extended the 'Roos streak to three going into the final dual of the weekend against the hosts, Southern Utah.

UMKC (7-7, 3-0 SL) was guaranteed a point in singles play as WIU only had five players to start the contest, but another point was surrendered at No. 1 when Eva Dalvai won after Ashley Rettger retired due to injury.

The 'Roos easily dispatched the Leathernecks in the other matches, giving up only one game in the entire dual.
