(Houston, Texas) - The Kansas City women's tennis squad fell just short on Saturday in Houston, facing McNeese State on the neutral site and falling 4-3.

Eva Dalvai, Dimitra Stavrianakou and Maddie Schulte each picked up wins in singles play, but straight set wins in the three other singles gave MSU the win after securing the doubles point.

Kansas City will face the University of Houston on Sunday at 11:00 a.m. to finish off the road swing.
