Gaus Has Blog Featured by Summit League, Two 'Roos Named All-Tournament

Kansas City men's soccer junior forward Tom Gaus was selected to write a blog on his and the team's experience at the Summit League Championships this past weekend. To read the article, click here.

UMKC also had two players selected to the all-tournament team in senior midfielder David Sarabia and freshman goalkeeper Connor Sparrow.

Sarabia finished his career as a three-time All-Summit League selection. The Miami, and Florida Christian High School product finished third all-time in shots (141), fourth in goals (18), sixth in points (44), and 10th in assists (8). He had a team-best five shots in the semifinal loss to WIU.

Sparrow finished the season with 53 saves and a 6-8-1 overall record with two shutouts. He tallied a season-best nine saves in the Western Illinois game as well.
