UMKC made it 2-0 in the match with a 25-11 victory in set two.  The Roos dominated from the beginning, scoring 10 of the first 11 points and never looking back as a block from Ratzlaff and Lukes sealed the win.

Kansas City then ended the match in set three with a 25-16 win.  The Roos jumped out to a 10-point lead at 16-6 and four times matched that margin for a set-high before a kill from Ratzlaff and back-to-back kills from Harrington gave the Roos the sweep.
