Roos Head to Nebraska for Final Meet before WAC Championships

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The UMKC track & field team will head to Lincoln, Neb., for the Nebraska Tune-Up on Friday at the Bob Devaney Sports Center in Lincoln, Neb., for the final meet before the WAC Indoor Track & Field Championships.

In the event, the Roos will compete against athletes from Nebraska, Omaha, South Dakota and Iowa State, as well as athletes from surrounding schools.

The meet will get underway with the women’s 500-meter run at 12:45 p.m. CT and wrap-up with the men’s 4x400-meter relay at 6:45 p.m. CT.

Up Next:  The Blue & Gold will head to Nampa, Idaho, for the WAC Indoor Track and Field Championships on Feb. 22-24 at the Ford Idaho Center.
