KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The UMKC men’s golf team will close out its fall slate when it heads to Princeville, Kaua’i, Hawaii, for the Warrior Princeville Makai Invitational on Oct. 29-31 at the Princeville Makai Golf Club (par-72; 7,223-yard).

The Field
The 19-team field includes: Cal Poly, Cal State Fullerton, Colorado, East Tennessee State, Georgia Southern, Hawai‘i, Idaho, Louisiana-Lafayette, Louisville, Mississippi, Missouri, Sam Houston State, San Diego, San Diego State, UCLA, UMKC, Utah Valley, Wake Forest and Washington

The Schedule
The Roos will tee-off in a shotgun start on Oct. 29-31 at 1 p.m. CT on each of the three days.

About the Roos
The Roos head to Hawaii coming off a fifth-place finish in the Price’s ‘Give ‘Em 5” Invitational.  Taylor Larsen (Garden City, Kan.) led the Roos in the event with a 14th place result, while Paul Foulquie (Paris, France) tied for 17th.  Francois Lagraulet (Bordeaux, France) was the Roos third top-20 finisher, tying for 19th.  McCain Schellhardt (Edmond, Okla.), meanwhile, tied for 27th and Sam Humphreys (Edmond, Okla.) tied for 41st.

The Blue & Gold will be back in action again next February when they open up the spring schedule at the Louisiana Classics in Lafayette, La.
