Paul Arndorfer became the Strength and Conditioning Coach at UMKC in the Fall of 2011. He came to UMKC after six years at the University of Tulsa as the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach.

Arndorfer has also spent time at Indiana State, Utah State and Eastern Michigan working in the strength and conditioning field, and as an assistant football coach at Iowa City West High School.

He has been a part of 17 conference championship teams during his career, while eight teams have made it to NCAA play. During his time with TU football, he helped them to five bowl games, going 4-1.

Arndorfer attended the University of Iowa from 1989-91, and earned his bachelor's degree in exercise science from Eastern Michigan in 2001. He earned his master's degree in health, physical education, and dance at Utah State, and a master's in Sports Administration in August 2010 from American Public University.
