(Kansas City, Mo.) – UMKC volleyball had its 2015 season come to a close on Friday night as the ‘Roos fell 3-0 to New Mexico State in the semifinals of the WAC tournament inside the Swinney Recreation Center.
(Kansas City, Mo.) – No. 5 UMKC volleyball and No. 4 Seattle continued their rivalry on Thursday night, in the quarterfinals of the WAC Tournament, playing their third five set match in their last four meetings, with the ‘Roos prevailing over the Redhawks by a 3-2 margin at the Swinney Recreation Center to advance to the WAC semifinals tomorrow night.
UMKC volleyball enters the WAC Championship at the Swinney Recreation Center in Kansas City as the No. 5 seed where they will face No. 4 Seattle U at 7:30 p.m. on Thu., Nov. 19. The winner will advance to the semifinals on Fri., Nov. 20 to face No. 1 seed New Mexico State at 7:30 p.m. Saturday's championship match is slated for 5 p.m. with the winner advancing to the NCAA Tournament.
(Kansas City, Mo.) – In her first season in the Blue & Gold, junior Madison Mosier garnered First Team All-WAC honors, while senior Taryn Miller and Sydney Crimmins each were named to the Second Team.

UMKC volleyball closes out its regular season when it makes its final road trip of the year to Bakersfield and Grand Canyon. The ‘Roos will face the Roadrunners at 9 p.m. CT on Thursday, Nov. 12 before taking on the Lopes in Phoenix at 2 p.m. on Saturday Nov., 14.

The ‘Roos and the Aggies will square-off on Thursday in the annual Think Pink, Cheer Blue match to raise awareness for breast cancer, while the Vaqueros come to town on Saturday for a Halloween themed match.
